Pathetic customer service

Their aervice is so pathetic. Supervisor by name of Mpho is even a disgrace to hire her for a customer service dept. She has no clue what the dept is all about.

Getting contacting details of the manager is such an impossible mission it is like drawing blood from the stone. So disgusted by the service no one knows whar to do. Two weeks sitting with a phone which is not working because no one can assist in porting my number back to Vodacom.
