Pathetic Customer Service

Hi

I had tried calling the Vodacom Galleria store today 4 times. Each time I held on for an assistant, someone had answered and then cut me off. It is rather frustrating as I could hear people and shuffling in the back ground before the calls being cut. I had even greeted several times with no response.

Is the type of customer service we deserve for being with Vodacom for more than a decade?

I urgently require assistance.
