Pathetic customer service

I strongly recommend that you do not do business with Vodcom. Their customer service and ability to help a customer does not exist. After spending hours on the phone with Vodacom you get pushed from pillar to pillar with no resolution to your issues and no one is prepared to take ownership and resolve the customer's issues. I bunch of *********** staff. Stay away from Vodacom.

12 days later and still no feedback/update/resolution from Vodacom regarding my queries/concerns. To be honest I am not surprised. Pathetic customer service. No desire/structure to resolve a customer's query/concern from Vodacom.
