Pathetic customer service!!!
Absolutely pathetic customer service. I've been bounced around from consultant to consultant. Just to get no feedback regarding the ****** up that Vodacom made with my upgrade. If you could be so kind as to let someone phone me that can actually help! Honestly feel like naming and shaming, and will if this problem is not sorted out shortly!
