Pathetic customer service!
The call center is pathetic. I've been trying to find the correct department to assist me for 30 minutes. My account is being debited even though I've cancelled. And nobody can assist. The line keeps going dead on their end but nobody calls back although the agents have the number to call me back.
Pathetic. Useless. Disgusted at how little customer service matters.
