PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Vodacom you service is absolutely pathetic. I'm a Vodacom customer +/- 4 - 5 years now. Every month my account is paid by debitorder , on time no problems. I went to Vodacom yesterday to take out another cellphone contract , my account no I***-4, I was shocked that the lady informed me that it won't be possible for me as a loyal customer to get another cellphone contract !!!!! How do you exactly calculate that? ? Vodacom ?? If that's Vodacom's attitude , I won't prefer my future customers to Vodacom.
