Pathetic customer service

I went to Vodacom Somerset Mall on the 02/09/2015<br> <br> Upon arrival there were on 2 staff members helping customers. I had to wait for over 20 minutes before being acknowledged. Upon my request for help with Vodacom Online the lady just told me that their technical staff has gone home and I cannot be assisted. She tried to call the other branch in the mall. After about 5 minutes without the other branch answering their phone I decided to leave. As the lady helping me began conversing with other customers while supposedly assisting me. I would have to come back another day. <br> <br> The business hours for that shop is till 19:00. How then can my queries not be assisted at 17:30??<br> <br>
