Pathetic customer service

I'm so sick and tired of vodacom customer service! They are totally useless. I've been trying to cancel my contract for months and it still hasn't been canceled. I phoned customer service so many times, I even tried going in store and they couldn't even help me. I was told I would receive an sms but still nothing! They debited my account twice despite me trying to reverse the debit order, how is this even happening? I haven't even used the sim for months, I want my money back! This is what you call pathetic service, I want this problem sorted out ASAP!
