Pathetic Customer Service

My girlfriend app**** for a contract with Vodacom on the 19th of August and since then we have had a continues struggle with them. First they assisted and said they will have it delivered. A few days later they we contacted them and they said they dont have stock. After a few days they phoned and said they got stock and that someone will contact us to arrange delivery. No vodacom consultant contacted us and we then phoned again just to be told they dont have stock yet again. We then went to hallo peter again and no one from vodacom contacted us as per response on post. So up to date it has been almost 3 weeks and yet still nothing. They truly lack in customer satisfaction not even mentioning that they are completely useless in communicating to customer properly.

For someone as big as Vodacom it is shocking to think how pathetic their customer service truly is.
