Pathetic customer service

So vodacom comes out with vodapay...I download the app as I'm a loyal customer...I have issues they cannot fix...I keep sending messages...i miss out on deals just to get told sorry sorry. Today I want to order there is stock. The voucher doesn't work then they tell me they working on it and boom out of stock...again sorry...I still have issues with this app and the customer service is pathetic. I want my 2 drills vodacom. Stop the false advertising.
