Pathetic customer experience
Trying to get help and questions answered by Vodacom, is IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!
TOBI is a total waste of time!!!!
One also can’t find a suitable option on their voice prompted menu options!!!!!!
One can’t get to an operator either!!!!!!!
Vodacom are a dictatorship not a customer centric service provider!!!!
