Pathetic customer care service
<p>I am still waiting for my money after customer care logged my query numerous times. Kindly REFUND my overpayment on account I ********** -6 an ex contract but now prepaid number ********** 431 As discussed telephonically your accounts department owed me R339.59 but chose to write it off. If I owe Vodacom I am sure they will not write it off. I have been cut off so many times by customer care department, been transferred to all the various departments AND STILL GETTING NOWHERE!! I want my money reflecting in my account by Saturday 24 June 2017. In April I was told to wait 10-21 days for my refund which OBVIOUSLY did not happen when they conveniently decided to write it off and pocket MY MONEY<br />Kindly refund my money to my FNB bank account<br /><br /></p>

Dane Larson from Vodacom responded to my query on 22 June saying they will process a credit of R170 and it will take up to 14 days to reflect. Firstly it is 29 July and still received no credit and the amount of the credit should be R339 not R170. Interest is also due on this long outstanding amount! How difficult is it for Vodacom to refund me what I'm due?????

Still no person from Vodacom has bothered to contact me and after 5 months of waiting I still do not have my refund of R339.59 reflecting in my bank account. Come on guys how do you operate a business with such a pathetic call centre and accounts department???? Vodacom service deteriorating from BAD to non existent. So fed up with this query that never gets resolved. Just credit me and let's end any further communication
