Absolutely pathetic customer service from Vodacom. Visit a vodacom store only to be given the wrong information. Call the call centre - phone just keeps cutting off. Contact the chat line keeps you holding for 10 minutes asking questions about your account you tell them. You should e been to a store and tried the callcentre and nothing working and they tell you to call their call centre. Where do your train your staff vodacom??? Absolutely pathetic - what the hell are we paying you for? Clearly jot service!!!! Phindile and Vuswayo I suggest you give up your day job as you not very good at it!!!!
