PATHETIC Communication and lack of assistance

I am so unhappy with VODACOM and SAMSUNG... ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS FOR A MANAGING DIRECTOR BUSINESS LINE AND ITS NOT SORTED OUT. Its a motherboard fault - we want a replacement unit. Not to even start to describe the service of NO COMING BACK TO YOU from EASTGATE REPAIR SYSTEM! Tell us that they must re-write the IMEI, but their machine is broken really! I have been in contact with VODACOM, SAMSUNG, and mailed customer service and still no feedback. THIS IS A COMPANY LINE, we demand a new unit because the upgrade was only end MAY 2015. <br> <br> BAD SERVICE, BAD REPAIRING - BAD BAD BAD all around with this experience. sorry to say! Pathetic.<br>
