Pathetic client service

On Saturday, 21 March 2015, I went to Vodacom 4U Shop Kolonade Mall for an upgrade. Bruce assisted me. He explained that the phones had to be ordered. They don't keep cellular phones in store due to *******.I could collect the phone on Wednesday,25 March 2015,but he will call me first when it arrives, which he didn't. I went there on Saturday,but the phone was not there yet.The next day,Sunday, Bruce called and apologized as the phone apparently arrived on Friday already.I said I will collect it the next Saturday as I work during the week.I was there Saturday, 4 April 2015,but Bruce was not.And also not my phone.I told Demakatso to cancel my quote as I will go somewhere else for the upgrade.She said it is automatically cancelled.I went to another shop.They couldn't help,because the quote was still active.I went back to Demakatso who was extremely rude & unhelpful,shoving me off with her hand to go as the quote has been cancelled.I went back to the other shop,who informed me that the quote is still showing.I still did not go for the upgrade.I'm too disgusted with Vodacom's service.Or lack thereof.And fed up with the promotions sms's I receive everyday because they give my number out
