PATHETIC cellphone provider

Hi,

I'm at this cellphone provider since 1996*. My wife recently tried to open a new contact with them, but was declined. I'm REALLY, REALLY disappointed in this company to say the least. My son (21 years old), who struggled to get a job......his contract with this provider was approved. HOW ON EARTH!! My wife has a stable job for 27 years now & still going and I NEVER seen my wife as disappointed before. VODACOM, VADACOM........you are a bunch of idiots & I can't believe that only credit can get someone a contract. My question: How do someone start if you don't give them a chance to prove themselves?? WAKE UP!! I'm in the process of taking this to the papers.....THANKS for NOTHING!!!
