Pathetic Call Centre Service
<p>3 calls, 5 agents later, all in one day, Still not resolved. How is that for SPEED, SIMPLICITY and TRUST.... None of that was met in my numerous experiences with your call centre today. Issues still not resolved and still no ref number received!!</p>
