Pathetic bad service from Vodacom

If it was possible give zero star rating, I definately would. Very bad service experience. I have not received my phone which I purchased online. I was given a waybill number to track my parcel with Ram hand to hand couriers.

First I was told by Nicolize on Ram chat service that the parcel is has been marked a non deliverable. I then, phoned Ram in Johannesburg and the agent I spoke with told me that this was because they did not have my contact number. I gave him my cellphone number and waited. Next day, no communication. I called vodacom and no one was able to help as I was transferred from one department to another. Eventually I was given an email for eshopsupport. I emailed the query. Three days later there was still no reply. I called Ram and they informed me that my address is on a high risk zone. Strange thing about that I bought an item the day after buying a phone from Vodacom. Aramex the courier delivered the parcel at my door just yesterday. Why can't Ram do the same? Now where is my phone? Where do I enquire? I know it is during the lockdown period but Vodacom should not make promises to deliver within 5 days and not deliver. Their eshop support desk should respond to emails. I am now considering escalating this to The Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. This is pathetic service. If Vodacom had any respect for satisfactory service, at the barest minimun, they would not use an inefficient courier company which does not bother communicating & when it does, delivers excuses instead of packages.
