Pathetic attitude

Consultant Fortunate Khoza at Ilanga Mall, Mbombela. I was left flabbergasted by the very rude and attitude of this consultant on 07 February 2023 when I needed to be assisted after my fone was ******. She just flatly refused to to assist and walked away giving attitude and told Sibusiso that she was just refusing to assist me..poor Sibusiso was so embarrassed and came to the rescue. Thanks Sibusiso for all your assistance and as for Fortunate, I was really unfortunate to be met by her. Her attitude towards me was disgusting for lack of a better word...she is really in the wrong space to honestly tell me as a distraught client that she wasn't going to assist me and walked away..
