Pathetic Assistance Vodacom shop Heidelberg Mall Gauteng

About 2 month back I transferred or tried to transfer my business cell phone contract to my personal name as I have resigned at my current employer but wanted to keep the number-for various reasons.

I handed in all the relevant documentation from my company for the transaction to be done, one of the ladies in the Heidelberg Mall Vodacom shop assisted me and asked me to complete some more information which I did.

For some reason unknown the person did not submit any of my paperwork at all. the ignore me flat out and do not come back to assist me so that this can be sorted out. My old employer wants to cut the line now as they no longer will pay for the contract which makes perfect cense!! I am sick and tiered of there lame manner in which they have tried to assist me. it seems that they know they are a big company and no one can take them on. How Pathetic is that!!!!!
