Pathetic and useless service from vodacom

My I phone hasn't been working for months now. But vodacom refuses to repair or do anything about this contract that I am still paying for for over a year with no phone. It's ok because I'm still paying. If I stop paying then maybe I will get some answers. I want this contract cancelled now. Sick and tired of paying for something i can't use. I want to be contacted like yesterday regarding this. I have emails and correspondence shoeing they have recieved my mails.
