pathetic and unreliable service

I have no issues on my ITC my credit score is over 660 and i have been paying my cellphone contract every single month on time with no delay and this is my second contract now

but my portfolio score is as low as 420 this is pathetic i requested that it be moved up but nothing gets done you guys are pathetic and lazy i will be moving to a different cell phone network as vodacom serves no purpose to no one
