Pathetic and unprofessional service by Vodacom

I have never dealt with such a dishonest and pathetic company. To explain my frustration will take hours and pages of writing. In a nutshell,a consultant contacted me regarding an upgrade. During the conversation I asked certain questions about the Huawei tablet and all my questions were answered. After I finished the conversation I received a SMS informing me the said tablet was not in stock. I also researched my concerns regarding the product and discovered that the consultant had **** to me. I proceeded to cancel the order and received a confirmation that my order was cancelled. The following day I received a SMS saying that my order was being shipped. I again contacted Vodacom and they said the order had been reactivated by someone at Vodacom without my consent but they will cancel the order Low and behold I get another message that my order is with the courier. I contact the courier and they inform me that a manager from Vodacom namely Leon Jettoo had contacted them and said a consultant contacted me and I said they must proceed with the delivery,what a lot of **** !!!!! I was never contacted. I again contacted Vodacom and asked to speak to Leon but nobody knew him. I am still trying to cancel the order,I was then told when the courier comes with the delivery I must tell them I no longer want the item All Vodacom wants is to sell items to customers without being honest about questions asked about the product. After that you are hitting a brick wall to get any assistance.
