Pathetic and unprofessional repair centre

My wife spoke with the staff that books repairs in, said they can repair her phone. Got a call a few days later, that they phone can't be repaired because it's not registered in South Africa on the Vodacom network. Which means that all phones that are bought overseas can't be repaired by Vodacom which makes no sense. It's not like the won't be making money from it but if this is how professional they are, I'll rather stay away from their so called repair shop
