Pathetic and unprofessional

Pathetic service!!!!!I'm still waiting for Vodacom to refund me on money taken out of my account for a phone that they have. This is going on since April. This is *****ing. No-one gets back to you or responds to emails. No one in store can help you cause they say Vodacom online is a different institution!!!!!! For an established institution your service is a disgrace.
