Pathetic and theft
On the 1st of December 2014 I took out a contract by Northgate Vodacom.<br> The contract was to supply 1x Sony Xperia Z3 phone 1x Playstation 4 and 1x Sony Smar****ch 2.<br> It took almost 2 weeks for me to recieve the phone. a month for the PS4 and to date still no watch.<br> <br> Besides that my account I am not receiving ANY invoice or statements and have called a number of time and up until yesterday was only aware of R3589.78 that was owed. Yesterday I was told I owe R6783.04 for a phone that hasn't worked and that they will be deleting the number and attitude from the accounts department when I tried to get it sorted because apparently its VODACOMS right to charge what they want and NOT inform the client.<br> That is theft and then the attitude of the accounts women was unnecessary. Then I get told I will be liable because she's too lazy to do her job.<br> I will now ensure that there is no money in the bank account at all as Vodcom are *****ing from their clients.<br> Good luck trying to resolve it. you blocked my phone which means no incoming calls or emails.
