Pathetic (and possibly dishonest) service from Jonathan at Vodacom.

On the 17th of July, Jonathan from Vodacom called me offering the Mygig10 contract. I opted to go with the Mygig20 sim only contract based on him telling me I'll be able to transfer data from the Mygig20 contract to any one of my other three Vodacom contract numbers. He assured me I would be able to do this within the Vodacom mobile app. Upon agreeing to the contract T's & C's, Jonathan handed the call over to his supervisor to whom I made it clear that I was only taking the contract based on the need to transfer data from the new Mygig20 contract to my other Vodacom contracts. Her response was "Did Jonathan explain everything to you" and my response was yes. I took delivery of the data sim on the 19th of July and once the sim was activated attempted transferring the data. I was unable to do so with either the Vodacom app or using the USSD functionality (*135#). I called 135 on the evening of the 20th where the consultant tried helping me but found she had to escalate my request as she was unable to get the data transfer working. I then received sms's on the 22nd stating that my request has been resolved and closed without being contacted by anyone from Vodacom. I then tried the data transfer again but am still receiving the same error message that my numbers I'm trying to register to transfer data to are incompatible. So either Vodacom needs to get this working or Jonathan **** to me just to get a sale. Vodacom, get this working or the contract has to be cancelled. You can review my recording to hear me insisting that I'm only taking the contract for the data transfer to my other numbers.
