Pathetic AND ***********!!!

I went to Vodacom in Kloof Street (CT) last year and requested to renew my contract. Because i worked down the road I went during my lunch. I sat there for an hour and eventually they said they are very sorry but my upgrade is not due yet. I told them that I had received a notification saying that I am able to upgrade. They then said I had to wait 1 month and we would then be able to do the upgrade. So i did this. A month later I went back to the shop and they then proceeded to do the upgrade. I took the deal where i get an S7 plus a Tablet. I sat there for 2 hours completing forms... talking to the lady... waiting etc.. but all fine as I was finally going to have a phone. I stipulated that i WANT insurance... i EVEN completed the form of which i have a COPY. Yesterday i called vodacom to confirm what my insurance covers and they have NO record of me being listed for insurance. So what exactly did i fill out forms for? What if my phone had been ****** in the time that I have had the phone? This is why I wanted AND signed for insurance!! The manager of the store said she would investigate and call me back. When she called back she said that the ''insurance company'' never processed my insurance and asked me if i still wanted it. I said ''yes obviously'' am I not paying for this???? She then went on to ask me if I still had my phone (Obviously now scared I am taking insurance to claim). I told her that i still have my phone and she said that she would then send me the documents to confirm my insurance is active.. I AM STILL WAITING!!!! I am FED UP with this useless service. If my phone had indeed been ****** what would they have done?? PATHETIC, HORRIBLE *********** SERVICE!!!!
