PATHETIC and APPALLING Repairs Service

I booked by Samsung Galaxy S4 into the Cape Gate shop for repairs on the 11th of January. I received confirmation on the 12th of January that the phone had been booked in, thenon the 16th of January I received estimation for repairs to the amount of R433.34 for the repair of the phone for job number ***6.<br> I was informed after following up with the repairs department in Tygervalley that there was a problem with the insurance system and it had kicked my job number out of the system and the phone was then sent back to Cape Gate UNFIXED. The phone was then booked in AGAIN on the 27th of January and had to be put through the system AGAIN. It was then evaluated AGAIN and I received the same estimation cost R433.34 on the 12th of February with job number ***1. I had to remind your consultants on BOTH occasions that I had cellular insurance with Vodacom after them insinuating that I had to fit the entire repair bill. Do you not know your own clients information? It has been over an entire month now and I STILL have not received my phone back!!!!! To be precise, it has been, 1 Month and 2 weeks. This is by far the absolute worst service I have received. I expect my phone back ASAP!
