Pathetic all over again

Right where the hell do I start, so I am still waiting on information on an account that was added onto my account without my knowledge or consent, so to speak ***** was conducted on my account. The number in question is ***.<br> <br> This has been on-going since January 2015.<br> <br> I have had no follow up, no information, someone called Bryan was supposed to phone me and let me know what is going on this call was supposed to happen two weeks ago, alas no phone call, why because you are useless pathetic service provider. I am sick to death of having to deal with you and your customer service.<br> <br> I will never buy another contract or recommend you to anyone and I work for an organisation that uses Vodacom for all their corporate cellphone contracts needless to say I will be recommending a different service provide for future and when renewals are due don't expect us to use you.<br> <br> HAVE A FREKIN FANTASIC DAY!!!
