Pathetic after sales service

I received the worst service one can think of from a supposed manager, Elizabeth at Vodacom after sales department. How can a manager utter the words "I don't know" to a client? Then she denies saying it making it seem like I'm making it up 😡😤 I asked her how they are going to fix my problem and she again said "I don't know"!
