Pathetic after Sales service
Added a WiFi Router to my cell contract. Sales person confirmed that they had stock - so did the gentleman who phoned to confirm the delivery address. Guess what, 11 days later I have to phone to be told there is no stock and they DONT have any IDEA when they will be getting. Why make a commitment that you can't keep or do I just go somewhere else. You would think that they had a captive market! Inefficient bunch of people
