PATHETIC ACC DEPT
THEY HAVE THE WORST EVER ACCOUNT DEPT!!!!! I have an email stating my pmt amount per month HOWEVER they keep on sending that I am in arrears...dont know how they got to that...I keep on sending them the email they confirmed my amount on BUT TO NO AVAIL!!!! NO ONE IS REPLYING!!! PATHETIC ***
