Pathetic!!!

I have laid numerous complaints about my signal being so terrible that neither me nor my husband can use any of our 5 vodacom devices. They say i need to wait until they erect a tower! I have threatened to cancel all 5 contracts, no one at the call centre is interested in helping me. If you go to a vodacom shop to cancel your account they say you must phone the call centre. The call centre does not give a ****! They send you from pillar to post passing the buck. I have to fight every month to get my statements sent to my email address. Staff at call centre have an attitude and not willing to help. they say they will phone you back they never do! I am tired of the pathetic and poor service from vodacom, false advertising of being the best network provider. Vodacom doesn't give a ****! I have cancelled all 5 contracts and will take my business elsewhere.
