Pathetic!!!

Extremely terrible experience! On 2 September I called Vodacom to cancel my fibre line because the payment was way too high. I've been with Vodacom for many years and all of a sudden when I want to cancel, they can offer a huge discount on my payment. While I wanted to refuse as I was disgusted in this way of just taking the maximum from people, I didn't have the energy to start with a new provider. The quote was sent to me and I had a few concerns on the quote being more than what was said on the phone. I declined and wanted to proceed with my cancellation. They offered me a better deal with a lower line. I decided to take it as it was better than the deal with the other provider. During this time I get a call saying I must pay a R7k penalty for cancelling the contract that started 4 September. I was furious and confirmed I never accepted. They corrected this. Eventually my new router was delivered. I waited on further instructions. Without any notice, on 1 October my internet was off. When I called I was told my current line is cancelled and I must activate the new one. Why did I have to call for this and lose an entire day of internet because I was only able to call the next day! It was then activated with the most pathetic network and connection, even when standing right by the router. I once again called to fight. Last weekend I went without internet for the whole weekend and I had zero capacity to call! Eventually I called again on Tuesday morning asking for a manager to call me and I want to just cancel everything as I have had it with Vodacom wasting my time and money. I was told a manager will call me back, this didn't happen. I called again the next day and was told I will be called. Today is Friday and still no call!!!!!! This is pathetic!!! Vodacom needs to cancel everything with no penalty as I am DONE!
