Pathetic!

This is pathetic and the reason I choose to end doing business with you!!!! I have visited your store twice and called over 10 times. I'm going to the CPA as I am unable to cancel!

No one has contacted me since your reply. I have visited your Rosebank store and spent over one hour there with your extremely unhelpful store manager Caroline. If my contract is not cancelled, I am not paying any further and will institute the CPA against any further bills.
