Pathetic

I went in the Vodacom Clearwater Mall today at around 14:00 to get my sister a new phone as hers had been ****** on Saturday. I was assisted by Palesa who managed to make two mistakes on my application and resulted in three applications being submitted for one phone. I went into the store not only soaked in vomit but alone with my sick child. The first error Palesa managed to make was the wrong size of the phone. The second error was the wrong colour. Both applications had been approved however on the third application the application had been referred. All the while also making these errors Palesa was in fact messing up my credit score. Also she did ask for assistance from the assistant store manager Amelee who disappeared when the second error was made and was bothered to assist any further. When I asked for a amanger her came didn't give me much room to talk and kept cutting me off. As a long standing client of Vodacom, I believe he was ruled and Palesa made too many mistakes that was not my fault and that Amelee should have sorted out from the get go. He had no concern that I was there with my sister child or smelling of vomit and why it's important for me to get the handset. My sister works long hours and at times comes home after 12 we track her on our iPhones. She is a woman alone and in SA today it is not safe. The smug look the assistant manager had on his face made me believe that he was on interested and has no care for any client. He gave no response as to what he can do but continued to cut me off. I am not happy. I believe that he could have serviced me far better he chose to do a ******* job. I am horrified at the service I received and I would like answers as to what will happen next. I can't come into the Mall during the week as I work in town. I need the phone for my sister ASAP and I want to know what Vodacom is going to do to rectify this service and to keep me and my family as clients for many more years to come. In my view where was my error? Pasela made the mistakes, Amelee took no action yet I was tried like I am a number and my contract in fact doesn't pay a salary (which in fact that little contract is a drop in the ocean to many other things).
