PATHETIC!!!!!!!

Vodacom, being one of the biggest service providers in the country, should invest in hiring compitent and capable people and invest in systems that work.

I placed an order online on 15/12/2016, I then received a call on 20/12/2016 to verify and confirm the order with Nonkululeko from their confirmations department. At the end of the call I was advised that I would receive the ordered device/s within 3-5 working days. Given that it was the festive season I only called to follow up after 10 working days on the progress of the delivery, only to be told (after I THE CLIENT made the call) that they were experiencing "system" issues and my order is "hanging" and had not been released. This call took approximately 90 minutes because I was being used as a racket ball between departments by staff who were not aware of their own deignations at the organisation, and therefore could not assist as they didn't even know what they had gone to work for.

INITIAL SHOCK was that Nonkululeko was aware that my order had not gone through immediately after I hung up the phone, but lacked the ordecity to pick up the phone, call, and advise me of this and make me aware of the issues that they were experiencing.

I then escalated the issue with Julia who is supposedly a "team leader" at the confirmations department who promised me the world and a resolution. I was not shocked by her lack of service as the sheep are clearly being "lead" by a herder who is just as blind. So this is when my patience started wearing thin, but I was still professional with unprofessional, *********** VodaBOMB employees.

I then followed process by going up the ladder to report this matter to Adrienne Van Zyl who Julia's "manager" and the only thing that she has managed to do (and very well might I add) is absolutely NOTHING. Again I was proven right, that VodaBOMB is an organisation that hires the blind to lead the blind to a hollow pit of oblivion.

I have made countless calls to the after sales ( ********** ) department and all I have received from them is a headache, and not the device/s I ordered. So this morning I decided to send an email through to their Media Relations team (please note that there is no auto-response with a reference number as acknowledgement of receipt; so for all I know I might have sent the email through to their headquarters in HELL where the devil is laughing at the fact that I think something might come of it).

I am now at boiling point and have the petrol and energy to drive through to Midrand and express my "dissatisfaction" in person, but this will most probably lead to me doing and saying things that are uncharacteristic of me out of PURE FRUSTRATION!!!!

CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME ON ********** 131 NOW
