Pathetic

<p>I submitted a review a week ago you were quick to respond with your generic response to close the loop on hellopetter bit you still have not made contact information thought your service could not get any worse and that these complaints on hellopetter would be addressed but I see that you no longer believe in service. I will make it easy for you please contact me asap to finalise what I owe you for this month only and I will close my accounts with you and move to one of your competitors as you clearly are not the best mobile platform anymore</p>
