Pathetic

This business account was paid, I have been trying to upgrade and the Clearwater store ladies been wonderful, I have everything that was asked for by vodacom in order to upgrade. I then get a call disclosing all account information and then 30minutes later to be told that no that can't disclose information. They were pathetically rude and arrogant and unhelpful, the fact that this is how you deal with customers is unreal, I am not surprised people are leaving networks because of the service you provide. <br> <br> I have never heard so many stories and pathetic excuses in all my life. very sad that vodacom treat people the way you do, it seems you pay people to call and be rude. Put people in a position of power for them to abuse it. shameful service
