Pathetic
My name is Sandiso. I have an account with vodacom. It was around 12:21pm 18 June 2019 Today I was called by a collection pathetic and unprofessional agent. My account is on arrears and she asked me why, I then told her the reason. as I was talking to the lady you would hear she is irritated and in a hurry. What we were arguing about, she wanted to debit on my account and I told her I prefer to make a cash payment. We then argued and while I was still arguing with her I asked her name? She responded by saying " What are you going to do with my name, did I not tell you my name? When I was going to respond She hung up the line on me. This is the worst customer service ever. If nothing is being made about this I swear I will take this further.
