Pathetic

I went to Vodacom wonderboom to take out a new contact phone samsung promotion with a watch. The lady said no the system is offline i must fill in a paper for manual capturing and then she will phone me back when system gets back so this is so irritating as for everything they are offline how can it work like this and the staff that is working there is so unprofessional and no self discipline they are something.
