Pathetic

How long does it take for you to clear our names on experian? I have been querying this ***** from 2014 up until today i have not receive or get any help from you. Such a pathetic service ,big company like vodacom but they failing to trace who could have a done ***** using my name,my life is on a stand still because of this company, been trying to apply for a home loan but due to this so called vodacom im unable to. been to more than 3 branches including head office but dololo no help, Im physically and emotionally tired because of this,

I never had any contract with vodacom i wasn't even working for government as you said before why would i get myself into debts? You keep on asking me what did i bought to vodacom hello how am i going to know that because it was ***** kindly explain that to me.
