Pathetic

Trying to get a settlement letter from Vodacom is a mission. From Monday the 2/3/2015 until today the 5/3/2015 I still don't have a settlement letter from Vodacom, every time I phone them I get told a different story. First they gave me a settlement amount telepathically they could not email me the letter as their system was off line. Tuesday I get told I can only request same on Thursday as they are running month end???? Phoned today, at 9:00am, I request the settlement letter, phoned again 11:38 am requested it again, only to be informed again their systems are off line, how pathetic is that!!! They are quick to debit your account for R3000.00 but not so quick to assist when you want to cancel the agreement and pay the settlement!!!
