Pathetic

Hi There , <br> <br> I have just done and online upgrade to hear after completing the whole process that the Bluetooth Keyboard that is advertised online with the deal is no longer available and it was last months special ??? why then have information online and let you upgrade if its not the same deals anymore and the new deals will only be processed on the 7 th December 2015 ( today is 18 Novmeber 2015) that means 3 weeks behind on updating the website ? now they telling me the parcel will be delivered tomorrow ( 19 November 2015) ? I don't want this and will be sure to send it back so don't waste your time sending it please as it was falsely advertised <br> <br> I am very sorry this is ********* and not right , there always SEEM TO BE AN ISSUE with an upgrade with Vodacom I have been a vodacom customer 15 years already , but now will be the time to move to Telkom mobile or even Cell C as I cant keep doing this . The website upgrade is there for convenience but causes more havoc and issues . <br> <br> Thanks Vodacom for the terrible service ONCE AGAIN . <br> <br> <br> Have a good day
