pathetic

vodacom has handed me over some years ago for something they didnt do anyway they deducted every month R100 from my acc when then few months ago i cntated them to check what the balance was and they told me im paid up long ago but they still deducted....i was told i need to get a 3months statement so they can just see that they deducted i did that i was then told i need to get a statment from april 2023 i contacted the bank they told me i need to go on app n get statment from each month from april 23 which is R10 per month i am def not going to do that as im not paying to get statments they decucted n know hwmuch they deducted so i want my money else im taking this futher
