pathetic

This is my second complain already i logged a refund on the 28th of October and was told it will be paid out today still no refund ,called your offices almost everyday for feedback and get a difference response everytime .I called again today and was told my refund will take 7days ...how pathetic is this ???? <br> <br> I must say I am disgusted in your service ,will take my business somewhere else for sure ...had it with his ****
