PATHETHIC SERVICE FROM VODACOM

On the 29th November I got a call from a consultant who offered me a contract with Vodacom the deal was for 199 a month for a laptop and router which I accepted. I then received an sms and email with the tracking number and was told the parcel would be delivered within 72 hours.

It is now the 10/12/2019 and I have tried calling vodacom numerous times to now cancel this order I have been blocked from calling vodacon and the courier company RAM are just as useless as vodacon.

I am now at my wits end with both people why is it so hard to expect good customer service from you peple at vodacom? and how can you block someones number from calling the call centre my query has still not been delat with and I cannot get a hold of anyone...

VODACOM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE... BECAUSE THERE IS NO SERVICE!!!!!!!
