Patheeeeeetic

I went to Vodacom at The Grove Pathetic management, pathetic people working there.

I signed a contract, but because the person who assisted me couldn't do her work and see I missed signing somewhere, I had to go back to the mall just to sign a document she didn't looked at. I was not phoned / mailed, I had to phone them and had to hold the line for 10 minutes. The staff put the phone down and walks away. The manager (Adriaan) was so unhelpful and gave me a no care attitude. Then I learn, I have to go back to the mall to pick up my phone even though I told them I live in Johannesburg. They don't deliver even though it was because of their negligence that I can't get my phone. And I have to pay for a whole month even though I don't have my phone yet.

Pathetic staff, pathetic manager, pathetic service.
