Patethic Service! Vodacom is the worst Service Provider in the world

Since my account was deleted and reinstated my additional numbers are no longer linked to the Vodacom portal, I also do not receive my statements bundled together as before, Vodacom is absolutely pathetic! I have tried phoning but am struggling to get through to this useless company! Please sort this out so I can make payment and reinstate my debit order! I have moved over to Telkom and I must say service is way better than Vodacom.
